St George Sunrise Rotary Club is looking for volunteers to help with ringing the bell for the Salvation Army. We are responsible for 10:00 am - 6:00pm December 1, 2022 at the Harmon's located at 1189 E 700 South. Put on your elf ears, Santa hat, reindeer antlers and practice your jolly Ho Ho Ho!!!

Come join the fun at the Club Holiday Social!  We will be gathering at the Western Sky Aviation Warbird Museum.  Our evening will include light appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages (this is a Federal Government installation so alcohol is prohibited on the site.)  The museum will have volunteers on hand for interpretive tours of the aircraft and since it is an after-hours event for them, we have it all to ourselves!

Simply put, it is a group of buildings just past the airport and gas station.  Look for the Rotary sign after you turn left past the St. George Reginal Airport. 

We have between 5:30 and 7:00 to socialize and view the planes.   This promises to be a great evening. Guests and social members will be billed $15 (the usual rate for a breakfast) for attendance at this event. Please indicate your attendance to be sure we have the correct amount of food.

Quarterly road clean up on Dixie Drive. Meet at Tonoquint Park and spit up in to teams. After the clean up join the group for breakfast at Bishops.

JUST A REMINDER.    

Come and join us for an illegal trail rock throw to deter from use and protect the turtle habitat. Need to be able to lift 10 pounds. Bring protective gloves and water. Utah tech students will be joining us and do the major lift on this project. Park Ranger Kristen Comells will give a presentation at the start about the objectives of this endeavor to the students.

Meet at Tonoquint Park and divide up into groups and clean both sides of Dixie Downs Drive up to Valley View. Bring gloves and water. Bags are provided. We will go to Bishops for brunch/lunch after.

We have clearance from the Park Ranger to go work on the trails this weekend. There are some wet spots but for the most part the ground is dry enough to be on. Bring gloves and drinking water if needed. Meet on the north end of 100East in Ivins just past the roundabout. 

Snow Canyon is a tortoise sanctuary. Many illegal trails pop up and threaten their lives. This project throws rocks on up on the illegal trails to detear their use. Bring water and gloves.
