Do you know anything about Cryotherapy?
This week
our guest will be Jody Wright, owner of Cool It Cryotherapy. We will learn what Cryotherapy is and now it works!
On September 2nd, we will hear from
Court Pendleton, the Southern Outreach Manager for the Department of Veterans and Military Affairs for the State of Utah.
Other upcoming meetings:
The Board will meet on Tuesday, September 14th at 1:00 for a half day strategic planning session. Details to follow.
Literacy Committee will meet on Thursday (yes, this Thursday, August 26th) at 1:30 in the Root for Kids Conference Room.

Dictionary Distribution!
After our meeting this week, Darrin will lead the parade to visit the outlying schools for Dictionary Distribution.
This has been a project of this club for years and it is a really neat experience. Come join the fun and see the children's reaction!
Mobile Food Bank project:
THIS WEEK IS FOOD BANK WEEK!
Packaging will take place at the Food Bank on Wednesday, August 25th.
Distribution on Thursday the 26th and
Friday the 27th.

We are invited to join other local Rotary Clubs in helping with the massive effort of putting together the welcome packets for the Huntsman Games. Many hands will make the work go quickly.
September 28th and 29th at The Dixie Center
As you are aware, our Club sponsored the Rotary Satellite Club of Southern Utah Veterans.
We are happy to see members of their club joining us from time to time and hope perhaps some of you would like to attend a meeting with them.
They meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 5:30 at the Elks Lodge.
