A Message from President Mike
Michael Branum
member photo
As the president of St. George Sunrise Rotary for the 2023-2024 year, my goal is to sustain the momentum and energy in our club developed by those who have preceded me. Governor Redd’s vision for this year is “The Power of One.” I hope that our members will keep Rotary and the power that we have as Rotarians in mind over this year. Bring one more person to visit Rotary. Donate one more dollar to our international efforts. Give one more hour of your time for a service project. If we each find ways to go just one more, our efforts will have a huge impact in our community and around the world. This club is the best club in the best district in all of Rotary. We’re going to have a great year!

Our Club has a strong history of being present in the larger Rotary World.  President Mike is pleased to announce that Club Past President, Dave Nelson, has expressed a willingness to serve as Governor of District 5420.
In order to pursue this office, Dave will need the endorsement of the members of this, his home Club.
Ahead of our program this week, Mike will lead a discussion followed potentially by a  vote to support Dave for the Office of District Governor.  Please note, other Club Members are welcome to seek nomination for the role.  If you have an interest in this valuable role with our District, please let President Mike know and that interest will be brought to the Club at this time as well.
