A Message from President Darrin

The Rotary theme for 2024-2025 is the “Magic of Rotary”. Magic can be described as making things happen that would usually be impossible. Rotary has created a tremendous amount of Magic in the world. Some of this magic includes developing parks, cleaning up litter, providing essential food and clean water, delivering much-needed education, promoting literacy, and global health projects like eradicating polio from the planet. All of these accomplishments were made possible by the service, and generous donations, provided by individual Rotarians working together towards these common goals to make the world a better place. Together Rotarians have changed the lives of individuals, and improved communities in our backyards, and across the globe. May each one of us contribute to the Magic of Rotary in the coming year, by doing our part to contribute to these worthwhile projects here in our community, and around the world.

Come in costume (or not)!  Come join the fun! Guests are more than welcome!
 
We will have Rotary Friendship Exchange visitors from Japan with us for this fun event.  Come meet them!
 
There will be fun and games!
 
AND, a special Halloween buffet breakfast.
(NOTE:  We want everyone to have a great morning, that includes sampling the special Halloween buffet, SOOOO
there will be NO COST to any Rotarian of any category to enjoy breakfast this week.)

As you shop, please keep in mind that the Millcreek students will need warm clothes.  
(Delivery date:  December 12th.)
 
We will be working on the gift bags for our seniors as a group on December 19th.

New Member proposal:
Kathy Morlan has been proposed by Dave Nelson for membership in our Club.  Her classification is Language Arts. The Board has approved the application.
Unless we hear otherwise from any of you, the members, we will assume the membership concurs and she will be offered the opportunity to join the St. George Sunrise Rotary Club.
