A Message from President Darrin
DARRIN Hallman

The Rotary theme for 2024-2025 is the “Magic of Rotary”. Magic can be described as making things happen that would usually be impossible. Rotary has created a tremendous amount of Magic in the world. Some of this magic includes developing parks, cleaning up litter, providing essential food and clean water, delivering much-needed education, promoting literacy, and global health projects like eradicating polio from the planet. All of these accomplishments were made possible by the service, and generous donations, provided by individual Rotarians working together towards these common goals to make the world a better place. Together Rotarians have changed the lives of individuals, and improved communities in our backyards, and across the globe. May each one of us contribute to the Magic of Rotary in the coming year, by doing our part to contribute to these worthwhile projects here in our community, and around the world.

While I am still  working out my abilities on club runner, please see a message from our New President, Ronald Wilhlem, and enjoy one last time the wise words of past President Darrin Hallman

Dear Members,

My name is Ron Wilhelm, and I am honored to serve as your President for the 2025–2026 term.

As I begin my first week in this role, surrounded by 40 members of my extended family in celebration of Independence Day, I find myself reflecting on our theme for the year: “Unite for Good.” This moment—shared with family, friends, and country—reminds me of the power of unity and the importance of coming together for a greater purpose.

In a time when division often dominates the headlines, I believe it is more vital than ever to set aside our differences and address the challenges before us with empathy, open-mindedness, and a deep commitment to Service Above Self.

I am energized by the opportunities ahead and confident in what we can achieve together. By building on the momentum of past successes and embracing our collective strengths, we can make a lasting impact—and yes, we will have fun along the way!

Warm regards,
Ron Wilhelm
President, 2025–2026

Thank you, Veterans Club, for your service!
