Member Spotlight:
Charlotte Shelley

Charlotte’s two older sisters wanted a brother so they shortened her name growing up to Charl- she hated it! Charlotte collects memories of vacations. Her idea of a perfect vacation is anything with high adventure… whitewater rafting, zip lining, an ocean view and of course, Jack! Something on her bucket list this year is to return to see her sister in Germany before she moves back to the states. And Charlotte also wants to take Jack to Italy.
Growing up Charlotte wanted to be a lawyer. With all the debate training she acquired arguing with her two older sisters, she thought she had the ability to do well. One skill she would like to have is hand work- knitting, embroidery, etc. The craziest things she has done up to this point are:
1. Rafting the Inn River in Innsbruck
2. Skiing Zermott (Matterhorn)… She no longer can ski!
Charlotte is most proud of rebuilding her life after leaving an abusive relationship. She could not live without bread. Charlotte can bake and dance with the best of them.
One of her favorite quotes is: “You will remain the same until the pain of remaining the same is greater than the pain of change.” -- Tony Robbins
