Rotary Club of Dixie Sunrise had a busy month what with an award and an amazing service project.
Our President Suzanne Leonelli was recognized by the Hurricane Valley Chamber of Commerce as one of Hurricane Valley’s heroes with her work as CEO of Root For Kids. We are

Dave Nelson our Service Chair kept us busy. On Wednesday July 29th we worked the Utah Food Bank packing food boxes for needy families. On July 30th we met at the parking lot of the Washington City Recreation Center and handed out those same boxes to families in need. On July31st we again met this time at the Green Valley Stake and handed out more food boxes. In those two days 750 people received food.
