900 people fed in December.
We spread holiday cheer and much needed food to 900 individuals at the December food drive. Our continued thanks to the Utah Food bank, it's tireless staff and River road facility for a warm place to pack over 4570 bags of donated food. They even secured donated frozen turkeys to the delight of so many. Many of the 85 volunteers donned holiday clothing attire to ward off the early morning chill. We offer our ongoing thanks to our volunteers from local churches, Sun River, Dixie Sunrise Rotary, non- profit organizations, and St. George community members. The food need continues to be great but so does the importance of volunteer service.
